Commerce Affirms AD/CVD Circumvention for Zongshen Vertical Shaft Engines (5C65M0, BC70M0) from China

Commerce has made affirmative final circumvention determinations finding that Chongqing Zongshen's model numbers 5C65M0 and BC70M0 vertical shaft engines constitute later-developed merchandise subject to existing AD/CVD orders (A-570-124, C-570-125) on small vertical shaft engines (99cc-225cc) from China. Imports of these models will be subject to AD and CVD duties effective upon publication.
