Commerce Final AD Determination, Freight Rail Couplers from Czech Republic (A-851-806)

Commerce issued a final affirmative determination that certain freight rail couplers and parts from the Czech Republic are sold in the U.S. at less than fair value, covering the POI July 1, 2024-June 30, 2025. The case (A-851-806) now advances to the ITC for a final injury determination before any AD order is issued.
