Commerce Issues Final Affirmative AD Determination on Freight Rail Couplers from India

The U.S. Department of Commerce has issued a final affirmative determination that certain freight rail couplers and parts thereof from India are being sold in the U.S. at less than fair value, covering the POI July 1, 2024-June 30, 2025. The case (A-533-940) will proceed to the ITC for a final injury determination before any antidumping duty order is issued.
