Commerce Issues Final Affirmative CVD Determination on Freight Rail Couplers from India

The U.S. Department of Commerce has made a final affirmative determination that countervailable subsidies are being provided to Indian producers and exporters of certain freight rail couplers and parts thereof. The investigation covers the period April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025 (case C-533-941).
