Commerce Preliminary CVD Finding on Tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane from China (C-570-231)

The U.S. Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that countervailable subsidies are being provided to Chinese producers and exporters of Tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane (Tris), with a partial affirmative critical circumstances finding. The investigation covers January 1-December 31, 2025, the final CVD determination will be aligned with the companion antidumping duty determination.
