Commerce AD Admin Review Rescission (In Part), Frozen Warmwater Shrimp From India (A-533-840, 2025-2026)

The U.S. Department of Commerce rescinded, in part, the antidumping duty administrative review of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from India (A-533-840) for the period February 1, 2025 through January 31, 2026. The rescission applies to companies that had no reviewable entries of subject merchandise during the period of review. The review continues for remaining companies listed in Appendix II of the notice.
