Commerce AD Sunset Review Final Results, PVLT Tires From Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand

The U.S. Department of Commerce completed expedited first sunset reviews of antidumping duty orders on passenger vehicle and light truck tires (PVLT) from the Republic of Korea (A-580-908), Taiwan (A-583-869), and Thailand (A-549-842), finding that revocation of each order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping. The AD orders on these three countries are therefore maintained.
