Commerce AD Admin Review Prelim (A-580-902), Utility Scale Wind Towers From South Korea, 2024-2025

The Department of Commerce preliminarily determined that Dongkuk S&C Co., Ltd. did not make sales of utility scale wind towers from South Korea at less than normal value during the August 1, 2024 through July 31, 2025 period of review. Commerce also rescinded the review in part with respect to eight additional companies. Interested parties may submit comments on the preliminary results.
