Commerce Finds Dumping Likely to Recur, Cut-to-Length Carbon Steel Plate from Ukraine (5th Sunset)

Commerce completed the expedited fifth sunset review of the suspended antidumping investigation (A-823-808) on certain cut-to-length carbon steel plate from Ukraine, finding that termination of the suspension agreement would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping. The existing Agreement Suspending the Antidumping Investigation remains in force as a result.
