Commerce Prelim AD Review, Oil Country Tubular Goods from Ukraine (2024-2025)

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily finds that the reviewed Ukrainian producer/exporter sold Oil Country Tubular Goods in the U.S. at less than normal value during July 1, 2024-June 30, 2025. Interested parties may submit comments on the preliminary results.
