Commerce Affirms AD Orders on CTL Carbon Steel Plate from China and Russia in Sunset Review

The U.S. Department of Commerce concluded expedited fifth sunset reviews finding that revoking AD orders on certain cut-to-length carbon steel plate from China and Russia would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping. The orders under case numbers A-570-849 and A-821-808 will remain in effect.
