Commerce preliminarily finds Haur Tyi Paper Bag Co. did not sell paper shopping bags below normal value during the January 3, 2024-June 30, 2025 POR under AD order A-583-872. The review is partially rescinded for five companies whose review requests were withdrawn, interested parties may comment on preliminary results.
