Commerce Issues Final Affirmative CVD Determination on Chromium Trioxide from India

The U.S. Department of Commerce has made a final affirmative determination that countervailable subsidies were provided to Indian producers and exporters of chromium trioxide during the January 1-December 31, 2024 period of investigation. Case number C-533-945 will proceed to the ITC for injury determination.
