Commerce Preliminary AD Results, Welded Stainless Steel Pressure Pipe from Vietnam (2024-2025)

Commerce preliminarily finds that Vietnamese welded stainless steel pressure pipe was sold in the U.S. below normal value during the July 1, 2024-June 30, 2025 period of review under case A-552-816. The agency also intends to partially rescind the review for seven companies, interested parties may submit comments.
