Commerce preliminarily finds that reviewed Chinese exporters sold xanthan gum in the U.S. below normal value during July 1, 2024-June 30, 2025. The review is simultaneously rescinded for six entities including CP Kelco Shandong and multiple Meihua Group affiliates, interested parties may submit comments.
