Commerce Amends CVD Results for China Wood Mouldings After CIT Ruling (C-570-118)

The U.S. Court of International Trade sustained Commerce's first remand results in China Cornici Co. and RaoPing HongRong Handicrafts Co. v. United States, covering the CVD review period June 12, 2020-December 31, 2021. Commerce is amending its final results to rescind the administrative review for both companies and revise their cash deposit rates accordingly.
