Commerce Amends AD Margin for Lucchini Mame Forge on Italian Forged Steel Fluid End Blocks
Following a CIT final judgment in Ellwood City Forge Co. v. United States (No. 23-00191), Commerce is amending the antidumping duty administrative review results for forged steel fluid end blocks from Italy (POR, July 23, 2020-December 31, 2021). The amended final results revise the dumping margin assigned to Lucchini Mame Forge S.p.A. under case A-475-840.
