Commerce Amends AD Review Results for China Wood Mouldings After CIT Ruling (A-570-117)

The U.S. Court of International Trade sustained Commerce's first remand results in China Cornici Co. and Raoping Hongrong Handicrafts v. United States, covering the AD order on Chinese wood mouldings and millwork for the POR August 12, 2020-January 31, 2022. Commerce is amending its final results to rescind the administrative review for China Cornici Co. and adjust its cash deposit rate accordingly.
