Commerce Issues Final Affirmative CVD Determination on High Purity Dissolving Pulp from Brazil

The U.S. Department of Commerce has made a final affirmative determination that countervailable subsidies were provided to Brazilian producers and exporters of high purity dissolving pulp during the January 1-December 31, 2024 period of investigation. Case number C-351-867 now advances toward a potential CVD order pending ITC injury determination.
