Commerce Final LTFV Determination, High Purity Dissolving Pulp from Norway (A-403-808)

Commerce has issued a final affirmative determination that high purity dissolving pulp from Norway is sold in the U.S. at less than fair value, covering the investigation period July 1, 2024-June 30, 2025. Case A-403-808 will proceed to the ITC for a final injury determination before antidumping duties can be imposed.
