Commerce AD Review Preliminary Results (A-533-875), Fine Denier Polyester Staple Fiber From India, 2024-2025

The Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Company Limited sold fine denier polyester staple fiber from India at less than normal value during the period July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. The review is simultaneously rescinded with respect to Reliance Industries Limited. Interested parties may submit comments on the preliminary results.
