Commerce AD Admin Review Prelim (A-549-846), Boltless Steel Shelving From Thailand, 2023-2025

The Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that Fuding Industries Company Limited did not sell boltless steel shelving units prepackaged for sale from Thailand at less than normal value during the period of review (November 29, 2023 through May 31, 2025). Commerce is also rescinding the review with respect to five additional companies. Interested parties may comment on the preliminary results.
