Commerce Prelim Finds Dumping by Sucroal S.A. in AD Review, Citric Acid from Colombia (2024-2025)

Commerce preliminarily determined that Sucroal S.A. sold citric acid and certain citrate salts in the U.S. at less than normal value during the July 1, 2024-June 30, 2025 period of review. Interested parties may submit comments on the preliminary results.
