Commerce AD Admin Review Prelim (A-533-824), PET Film, Sheet, and Strip From India, 2024-2025

The Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that certain producers and exporters of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film, sheet, and strip from India made sales at less than normal value during the period July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 (case A-533-824). The review is partially rescinded with respect to certain companies. Interested parties may submit comments on the preliminary results.
