Commerce AD/CVD Order (A-570-219 / C-570-218), Van-Type Trailers From China

The Department of Commerce, following affirmative final determinations by both Commerce and the USITC, is issuing antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on van-type trailers and subassemblies thereof from the People's Republic of China. The AD order is case A-570-219 and the CVD order is case C-570-218. These orders impose duties on covered imports effective as of the publication date.
