Commerce AD Sunset Review Final (A-552-831), Seamless Refined Copper Pipe and Tube From Vietnam

The U.S. Department of Commerce completed the expedited first sunset review of the antidumping duty order on seamless refined copper pipe and tube from Vietnam (case A-552-831) and found that revocation would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping.
