Commerce Rescinds AD/CVD Administrative Reviews on Withdrawal of All Review Requests

The U.S. Department of Commerce is rescinding antidumping and countervailing duty administrative reviews for identified periods of review after all requestors timely withdrew their review requests. No new duty rates will be established for the rescinded review periods, existing cash deposit rates remain in effect. This is a routine procedural disposition under the AD/CVD order maintenance framework.
