Commerce CVD Sunset Review Final (C-557-822), Utility Scale Wind Towers From Malaysia

The U.S. Department of Commerce completed the expedited first sunset review of the countervailing duty order on utility scale wind towers from Malaysia (C-557-822), finding that revocation would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies. The CVD order is therefore expected to remain in effect. This determination is the Commerce phase of the five-year sunset review process.
