Commerce AD Prelim Results (A-570-909), Certain Steel Nails From China, 2024-2025 Review

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determined that Yueda Nails (Shanghai Yueda Nails Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Yueda Nails (Chuzhou) Ltd.) sold certain steel nails from China at less than normal value during the August 1, 2024 through July 31, 2025 period of review. The review is simultaneously rescinded for nine other companies. Interested parties may comment on the preliminary results.
