Commerce CVD Sunset Review Final Results (C-533-898), Utility Scale Wind Towers From India

The U.S. Department of Commerce has completed the expedited first sunset review of the countervailing duty order on utility scale wind towers from India (C-533-898), finding that revocation would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies. The CVD order therefore remains in effect. This determination was published in the Federal Register on November 4, 2026.
