Commerce CVD Sunset Review Final Results (C-570-955), Magnesia Carbon Bricks From China

The U.S. Department of Commerce completed the expedited third sunset review of the countervailing duty order on Certain Magnesia Carbon Bricks from China (C-570-955), finding that revocation would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies. The CVD order is therefore expected to remain in place. This determination was published November 4, 2026.
