Commerce AD Sunset Review Final Results (A-533-897 / A-557-821 / A-469-823), Utility Scale Wind Towers From India, Malaysia, and Spain

The U.S. Department of Commerce issued final results of expedited first sunset reviews for antidumping duty orders on utility scale wind towers from India, Malaysia, and Spain. Commerce determined that revocation of the AD orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping, thereby maintaining the existing duty orders on imports from all three countries.
