Commerce AD Preliminary Determination (A-433-814), Certain OCTG From Austria

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily finds that certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from Austria are being sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV), covering the period April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026. The determination also postpones the final determination and extends provisional measures. Interested parties may submit comments on the preliminary finding.
