Commerce AD Preliminary Affirmative Determination (A-520-812), OCTG From the UAE

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily finds that certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from the United Arab Emirates are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value. The period of investigation covers April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026. Interested parties may submit comments on the preliminary determination.
