Commerce AD Final Admin Review (A-523-815), Certain Aluminum Foil From Oman, 2023-2024

The Department of Commerce issued final results of the antidumping duty administrative review (A-523-815) for certain aluminum foil from Oman, covering the period November 1, 2023 through October 31, 2024. Commerce determined that Oman Aluminium Rolling Company SPC (OARC) made sales at less than normal value during the review period. This determination establishes the AD duty deposit rates applicable to OARC entries.
