Commerce Final Circumvention Determination, Steel Wire Garment Hangers via Cambodia (A-570-918 / A-552-812 / C-552-813)

The U.S. Department of Commerce issued a final affirmative circumvention determination finding that steel wire garment hangers completed in Cambodia using steel wire or steel wire and paper accessories produced in China or Vietnam circumvent the AD order on hangers from China and the AD/CVD orders on hangers from Vietnam. As a result, such Cambodian-completed hangers are subject to the existing AD/CVD orders.
