House Ways & Means Chair Smith Demands USMCA Reforms, Compliance, Loopholes, Dairy, and Energy

Chairman Jason Smith issued a statement following the USMCA formal review meeting, declaring that Mexico and Canada have failed to meet existing commitments on energy investment and dairy market access.
