Senate Bill S.4883: Increase Civil Penalties Under Export Control Reform Act of 2018

Senate Bill S.4883, introduced in the 119th Congress, proposes to amend the Export Control Reform Act of 2018 (ECRA) to increase civil penalties that may be imposed for violations of that Act.
