CAFC, CBP Moves to Voluntarily Dismiss Case No. 26-1898 in VOS Selections Consolidated Appeal

U.S. Customs and Border Protection and co-appellants filed a motion at the Federal Circuit to voluntarily dismiss one case (No. 26-1898) from a consolidated appeal following dismissal of the underlying action at the Court of International Trade. The motion was filed pursuant to FRAP 42(b)(2) on July 20, 2026.
