CIT Rules on AD/CVD Case, Ningxia Guanghua Cherishmet Activated Carbon v. United States

The U.S. Court of International Trade issued opinion 2026 CIT 84 in a challenge brought by Chinese activated carbon producer Ningxia Guanghua Cherishmet against a U.S. government trade remedy determination.
