CAFC Holds Burlap & Barrel v. Trump Motion in Abeyance Pending CIT Stay Ruling

The Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has placed appellants' motion (ECF No. 4) in abeyance and suspended briefing, pending the Court of International Trade's resolution of related stay motions. An administrative stay imposed by the CAFC on May 12, 2026 remains in effect while the CIT proceedings conclude.
