CIT Rule 56.2 Brief Filed Challenging Agency Record in Turkish Steel/Wood AD/CVD Case

Yildiz Entegre and Yildiz Demir Celik filed a Rule 56.2 motion for judgment on the agency record at the U.S. Court of International Trade, challenging a U.S. government agency determination in a case also involving Borcelik Celik. The government's response to the 56.2 motion is due by October 26, 2026.
