Zhejiang Dingli Seeks CIT Defendant-Intervenor Status in Mobile Access Equipment Trade Case

Zhejiang Dingli Machinery Co., Ltd., a Chinese mobile access equipment manufacturer, has filed a consent motion to intervene as defendant-intervenor in a CIT case brought by the Coalition of American Manufacturers of Mobile Access Equipment against the United States. Responses to the motion are due by July 31, 2026.
