TNC Kazchrome JSC, a Kazakhstani ferroalloy producer, is contesting a U.S. trade determination before the Court of International Trade. Domestic producers CC Metals and Alloys and Ferroglobe USA filed a public response brief on July 14, 2026, with a reply due August 11, 2026.
