CIT, Domestic Aluminum Producers Oppose Oman Aluminium's Challenge to Agency Record

JW Aluminum, Granges Americas, and the Aluminum Association Trade Enforcement Working Group filed a public response brief opposing Oman Aluminium Rolling Company SPC's motion for judgment on the agency record in CIT Case 1:25-cv-00215. A reply is due by August 10, 2026.
