CIT, Domestic Ferroalloy Producers File Response Brief in Kazchrome Trade Remedy Challenge

CC Metals and Alloys, LLC and Ferroglobe USA, Inc. filed a public response brief (Doc. 49) opposing a Rule 56.2 motion in TNC Kazchrome JSC v. United States at the Court of International Trade. A reply brief is due by August 11, 2026.
