CIT, Domestic Pipe & Tube Producers Seek Intervention in Commercial Steel Products v. US

Five domestic pipe and tube manufacturers-including Borusan Mannesmann, Vallourec Star, and Welded Tube USA-filed a consent motion to intervene as defendant-intervenors in a CIT case brought by Commercial Steel Products LLC against the United States. Responses to the motion are due by August 10, 2026.
