CIT, JA Solar Vietnam Seeks Extension to Aug 13, 2026 for Response Brief

The U.S. Department of Justice filed a consent motion on behalf of the United States to extend the response brief deadline to August 13, 2026 in JA Solar Vietnam Company Limited v. United States at the Court of International Trade. The motion also requests an amendment to the existing scheduling order.
