CIT, Al Jazeera Steel (Oman) Challenges Final Circumvention Determination, DOJ Files Record

The U.S. Department of Justice filed a consent motion to submit out-of-time the Final Circumvention Determination and Issues and Decision Memorandum in Al Jazeera Steel Products Co. SAOG v. United States at the Court of International Trade. Responses to the filing are due August 11, 2026.
