CIT Rule 56.2 Motion Filed by Indian Seafood Exporters in AD/CVD Challenge

Multiple Indian seafood exporters-including Nekkanti Sea Foods, Falcon Marine, Apex Frozen Foods, and the Ananda Group-filed a joint Rule 56.2 motion for judgment on the agency record before the Court of International Trade. The government and defendant-intervenors must respond by November 4, 2026.
